How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

  3. If approved, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. (Shipping fees may apply.)

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • Repairs due to non-warranty issues may be available for a small fee.

  • We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the warranty criteria.
